Chase your dreams till the end, be in the company of few
Life is a cup of coffee, just drink it through

We fail in small assignments, because something bigger is due
This is how we become stronger, this how the world grew

We all have difficulties, but we come through
Climbing a hill is challanging but its worth the view

Problems are many, solutions are few
Sometimes we just don't know what to do

We all wish to be in front, but there is a long queue
Its the confidence & the trust that takes us through

What we think doesn't matter what matters is what we do
If the movie has our favourite star cast, we don't wait for the review

Deep sea or the shining sky, we like the color blue
We love the morning sun, we enjoy the hill top view

What we think would be a lie, turns out to be true
We hate the day heat, but love the morning dew

Its not always green & blue, at times its greenish blue
Lost in the beauty of nature, we love soft & lovely hue

We start every presentation with an overview
With the idea that in the end everyone learns something new

What makes the air travel better, its the cabin crew
We start at the runway, into the clouds we just breakthrough

We meet strangers, some like the company others are not used to
This is a big world of surprises, we love to live into

A bird sings a song, listening is upto you
Animals enjoy the forest, we find them in zoo

Tiger is powerful creature, and is clever too
Its the combination of smartness & skill, what we look up to

Workout is always good, but we should not overdo
Life is a cup of coffee, just drink it through

Empowerment - The word that has lost its meaning

Empowerment the word that is misunderstood in a big way. Today when we talk about empowerment, it is more about giving reservations. Well I was of the opinion that empowering someone is about making them capable so that they can compete with others. Are we really empowering people by giving reservations? Just imagine a 100 meter race. There is a person who doesn't have fitness levels or training available to compete against the best. Now what our logic of empowering that person is let him start at 90 meter mark (I hope I am not being too optimistic here ;)). He will beat Usain bolt who starts at zero mark (10 meter against 100 meter, he should do that ;)). Wow we have just empowered a person to beat the best in the world. Really? Isn't it unfair to the person starting at zero? Maybe not to that extent as it is for the one who starts at 90. Because every now & then he will be reminded of the fact that "You won because you started at 90 meters". Now w
